Louigi Klaßen
I’m an aunt, a sister, a best friend, a lover of house and hip hop music and I’m passionate for human relationships. For communication, teams, compassion-led change and courageous conversations.
For over a decade, I’ve been creating spaces for real dialogue, emotional insight, and collaborative change across cultures, sectors, and generations.
My path began in working with disadvantaged youth in Berlin-Marzahn, where I saw firsthand how connection and trust can shift the trajectory of a young person’s life. This early experience sparked a lifelong curiosity:
What helps us feel seen, heard and connected, especially when we come from different worlds?
I studied Sociology and Human Rights Education in Maastricht and Berlin and later became a certified trainer with the German UNESCO Comission, guiding young human rights leaders through international programs. Alongside this, I worked in communications for a range of companies and organizations, sharpening my understanding of how we speak, internally, externally, and across power lines.
But words have always had their limits. So I turned to dance, training across Germany, Sweden, and India, I tried to explore the body as another language of identity, belonging, and presence. While being on my journey I went through loss, which shaped my professional and personal life tremendously. I discovered the power of grief, in how to transition when everything is changing.
Today, my work centers on mediation, group facilitation, and conflict resolution, where all these threads come together. Whether I’m working with teenagers, teams, or senior leaders, my core focus remains the same:
How do we speak and listen in ways that make relationship and working with each other possible?
Because conflict and disconnection doesn’t just appear.
It builds when we stop talking, stop laughing, and stop showing up as ourselves.
My work is about making space for us to return to one another, with clarity, courage, and care.
