How I can support?
1. Mediation & Conflict Resolution
As a mediator and trainer, I specialize in resolving unspoken tension and difficulties in communication whether in relationships, workplaces, companies and families with facilitated conversations.
2. Group- & Self-Development Facilitation
As an experienced trainer, I facilitate space for group cohesion and offer trainings in relational resilience, personal- and team development.
3. Grief Counselling & Support
Grief isn’t just about death, it’s about change. I offer counselling for people and groups experiencing grief or loss. To move through transitions, re-integrating new ways of living and working with compassion and clarity.
4. Dance & Embodiment
As a dancer I emphasize the importance of embodiement in our daily lives. My work aims at reconnecting with the body to unlock creativity, lightness and new ways of relating. Through movement, we explore playfully new embodied approaches to presence and problem-solving.
